Rural Placement Guide

The guidebook aims to allow students to make a more informed choice about where to go in 3rd, 4th and 5th year. It was created because there is an understanding that different students learn in different ways and all the sites have different learning styles, teaching, hospital time and community placements.

WILDFIRE 2008 Annual Report

The articles in this report say it all!

We believe WILDFIRE is a wonderful club made up of very enterprising and energetic individuals who strive to promote rural and Indigenous health. Our membership numbers continue to be high, the number of courses represented by our membership grows, and our events are more diverse.

This does not happen without a lot of hard work, dedication and team work involving the Council, the sub-committees, our members and sponsors, our Firefront magazine, the web site, Facebook and word of mouth help ensure this good work is recognised. There have been some wonderful achievements in the club this year, congratulations to all involved.

Keep up the great work everyone.
